Renting 2 doble bedrooms in my private apartment, by the beach, new building third floor and there is a  supermarket in flat floor.

One bedroom has a couple size bed, wardrobe, desk, TV with DVD, internet wi-fi and key for the door. Cost 350?/mont.2 people 300?/month for 1 people. expenses included.

The other bedroom is more spacious, has 2 single beds, 2 desk, double wardrobe, Tv with DVD, internet wi-fi and key for the door. Cost 400?/month for 2 people. 350?/month for 1 people.Expenses included.

1 smart bathroom for the only use of those 2 bedrooms. Towells sheets and blankets for all beds. Wasching clothes ones a week sevice per bedroom.

Kitchen has everything to cook and serve a meal.

Nice place for students and working people, also visitors or people on vacances.  Walk to Las Arenas/Malvarrosa Beach. Beach has Europes highest Blue Flag rating. This is in Atarazanas located by Avenida del Puerto (main road), cafés, Restaurantes, Pubs. By teh opposite side finds the city orf Arts and Sciencies, Palacio de las Artes, The Oceanographic, Hemispheric.... and extends resorts gardens. Center city is about 3 km. away. Near the Campus  and Universities by bus or metro or Tranvia.
